Spent new year's weekend here and it was amazing! the location is perfect, right next to the train station, bus, and gondola. the hotel is brand new and spacious, with fantastic mountain views from the large terrace. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. the wellness area was the highlight of the trip, with many different saunas and relaxation areas to enjoy. the snack served in the afternoon was also a nice touch. We will definitely return in another season!

Located up in the mountains, this hotel offers extraordinary views of the surrounding landscape. the nearby cable car provides easy access to the mountaintop for hiking and other outdoor activities. in the wellness area, guests can enjoy an extensive range of facilities, such as hot tubs and saunas. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern facilities, including comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. the breakfast is varied with lots of choices, including bread, cheese, meat, and pastries.
The staff service is not of high quality, which affects the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in Rio di Pusteria. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of town and just a short walk to the nearby cable car. We were able to explore the beautiful mountains with ease, thanks to the free access we received with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were modern and well-kept, with a large terrace that offered stunning mountain views. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Stayed over Easter with friends. Had a fantastic time in the spa area. Huge thanks for the amazing breakfast provided, everything was fresh and delicious. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the location was perfect - just a few steps away from the train station and restaurants.
Some things dampened our stay. The rooms were not completely soundproof, and we were disturbed by noise from the adjacent room.
